Founding attorney Waylan Cooper has been practicing bankruptcy law exclusively since 2001. In addition to more than a decade of experience helping clients achieve debt relief, Mr. Cooper spent about five years working for the creditors. As a result he understands both sides of bankruptcy and debt relief issues.
Mr. Cooper is admitted to practice in Arkansas, the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, and the Western District of Tennessee. He is a proud member of the Arkansas Bar Association, the Debtor-Creditor Bar of Central Arkansas, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, and the National Bankruptcy Forum.
